Returns & Refunds
At Kuulk, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kuulk.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at info@kuulk.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, cannot be returned.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or sale may also be final sale and not eligible for returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
